I am very excited about this project! I decided to do this on Earth day, next Monday. April 22. Have the kids pick up stuff around the neighborhood. If you have a more modern neighborhood without trees or anything like that, take them to a park to get their supplies.

This is great with leaves, flower petals, grass shoots, weeds. You name a spring item, and it will great with this project.

Basically is all you do is lay out contact paper sticky side up and have the kids put on the pieces as they want. Make sure that there are spaces between the pieces because the other piece of contact paper needs a surface to stick to. When all of the items are on the contact paper place the other piece sticky side down.

And ta-da! It looks so cute! Have the child write their name on it in marker and it will be a keepsake for all time!
