Quesadillas are so easy to make and taste so yummy! Even my charge who doesn't normally like cheese will eat these-and let me tell you, this are very cheesy!
What you need (makes 2):
Shredded cheese (Mexican blend tastes good, I personally like cheddar)
2 Fajita tortillas
1 Tbsp butter per 2 quesadillas (this is what makes them taste good in my opinion, but if you don't want to use butter, just spray the pan down with pan because the cheese will stick!)
Directions:
Heat a skillet over medium-low heat.
Have a plate ready on the side.
Throw 1/2 Tbsp butter into the skillet and let melt.
Place one tortilla fully open on the skillet. Let it heat for a few seconds.
Pull it off and place it buttery side up on a plate. Add a handful of cheese. Fold in half.
Repeat with the second tortilla.
Place both quesadillas back into the skillet and let it heat. When the cheese is halfway melted, flip.
When the cheese is coming out of the sides all liquid-y, that's when you know they are done!
Enjoy these delicious quesadillas! They are so good! I like to cut them into fours to give to the kids. They enjoy seeing the cheese stringing along between two pieces.
