Rice and Beans Burritos

This is a recipe I just tried today. It is SO easy to make and my little charge loved it.
1 can refried beans
Cooked Rice (I used Minute Rice)
4 Flour Tortillas (I used large ones, but medium ones are recommended for younger children)
->Pour the refried beans into a microwave safe bowl.
->Heat in the microwave for 2 minutes.
->Spread a semi-thin layer of beans onto each of the tortillas.
->Sprinkle cooked rice over the top of the beans a gently press grains into the beans. This helps you make less of a mess when rolling the burrito.
->Roll the tortilla into a burrito by folding in the sides of the tortilla and then rolling the other ends in.
I used a large tortilla because that was all that was in the pantry. As expected, he couldn't eat it all; after all, it filled me up! As an after thought, I thought cheese would be a great topping to make it more appealing to kids.
